We started as a small crew of passionate builders with a vision—turning homes into havens. Over the years, we’ve tackled everything from renovations to brand new constructions. Each project has been a chapter in our story, marked by hard work, creativity, and a commitment to quality. 2011 - Launched the Company
Started with a dream and a small team, we tackled our first project with passion and dedication. It all started with us hauling things for clients!
2013 - Added Construction Services
Added construction services to our existing hauling business. Began working with two large companies on property preservation and maintenance.
2020 - Client Growth
We added a third large property preservation client fueling further success and growth.
2021 - Expanded services to residential
To expand further and leverage the experience working with large companies over the previous 10 years we started offering our services to residential customers as well.

Company Founders
Earl Little
Co-Founder
Born in Mt. Morris, Michigan and now living in Millington with his wife Angela — and often their three grandchildren — Earl Little Jr. is a man rooted in family, hard work, and the great outdoors. A lifelong outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and boating, Earl took his love for being outside and turned it into a full-time career.
Earl didn’t start in outdoor services. Before founding Zodiac Services in 2011, he was a tow truck driver. Together with his best friend Jon Bradley, he launched Zodiac as a hauling company focused on transporting wrecked boats, campers, and more. When demand shifted, they adapted — growing the business into a trusted construction and general contracting company now known for its quality work, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
With over 14 years in the industry, Earl is known for being easygoing and hands-on, finding real joy in creating things from the ground up. He leads with the mindset that “the time is always right to do what is right,” and aims to pass the business down to future generations.
Earl and the Zodiac team are active in the community, proudly supporting local youth sports, cheer teams, soup kitchens, and organizations like the Old Newsboys of Flint — making sure no child is forgotten. Through every job and every connection, Earl brings purpose and pride to the work.
Jon Bradley
Co-Founder
Born in Flint and now living in Clio, Michigan, Jonathan Bradley has always had a deep love for the outdoors. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, riding trails, or just spending time in nature, being outside is where he thrives—so building a business around outdoor work was a natural step.
Before co-founding Zodiac Services in 2011, Jonathan spent 15 years in the CNC machining industry, working his way up from the bottom to Maintenance Manager. It was there he learned leadership, how to work with all kinds of people, and the importance of doing things right the first time. Now, with more than 14 years in the outdoor services and construction field and a State of Michigan Builder’s License, Jonathan helps turn customers’ dreams into reality—one carefully planned and executed project at a time.
His mission is clear: to build with integrity, maintain open communication, and always pay attention to the details that make a difference. Clients often describe him as laid back, approachable, and committed to perfection. For Jonathan, the best part of the job is watching great ideas come to life.
Outside of work, Zodiac proudly supports local youth sports and the Old Newsboys of Flint, whose motto—“Let no child be forgotten”—reflects the same spirit of care Jonathan brings to every project. He lives by a lesson from his father: “If you do the right thing when no one is looking, you won’t have to worry when someone is standing over your shoulder.”
